When you connect a broker account, you authenticate directly with the broker. Signal BeAI receives authorization data only after you approve access through the broker’s OAuth flow.

We may store encrypted broker access tokens, refresh tokens when provided, broker account identifiers, account status, cash, buying power, order identifiers, order status, fills, positions, and related execution metadata.

We use broker connection data to show account status, verify connections, support trading workflows you enable, reconcile orders and fills, and maintain auditability.

You may revoke broker access through your broker’s connected-app settings. Revocation may disable trading, account verification, order reconciliation, and related connected features in Signal BeAI.

We use information to provide dashboards, ticker analysis, portfolio tools, alerts, AI analysis, short-term signal workflows, broker connection features, subscription management, customer support, and security monitoring.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve models, analytics, reliability, and product performance, provided the information does not identify you directly.

We do not sell your personal information or broker account tokens.

Signal BeAI may process ticker data, market data, SEC filings, news summaries, portfolio context, and signal metadata through AI systems to generate analysis and explanations.

We design AI prompts and stored outputs to support financial analysis workflows, but AI output may be inaccurate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text prompts or notes.

If you enable notifications, we may use device tokens, email addresses, or other delivery identifiers to send alerts, system messages, trading workflow updates, reports, or account notices.

Push notification taps may route you to relevant Signal BeAI pages such as ticker details, short-term signal details, portfolio screens, or account setup pages.

We may share information with service providers that help operate Signal BeAI, including hosting providers, database providers, email providers, payment processors, push notification providers, analytics tools, and broker APIs you authorize.

Payment information is handled by payment processors such as Stripe. Broker authentication and account authorization are handled by the broker you choose to connect.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, security investigation, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. Broker tokens are stored encrypted when saved by Signal BeAI.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, using secure devices, and disconnecting broker access if you no longer want Signal BeAI connected.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support account history, maintain audit logs, comply with legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and improve reliability.

Broker connection records, order metadata, trading-rule decisions, and audit events may be retained to support reconciliation, troubleshooting, and compliance-oriented review.

You may update account information, notification preferences, broker connections, and trading rules through available account settings or by contacting us.

You may revoke broker access through Signal BeAI where available and through your broker’s own account or connected-app settings.

You may request account or data assistance by contacting hello@signalbeai.com. Some data may need to be retained for security, audit, legal, or operational reasons.

Signal BeAI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
