These Terms of Use are the end user agreement between you and Signal BeAI for use of the service, including any broker connection, alert, portfolio, ticker analysis, AI analysis, or trading workflow feature.

Your broker relationship is separate from Signal BeAI. Connecting a broker account does not make Signal BeAI your broker, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

By creating an account, signing in, connecting a broker account, using alerts, viewing market analysis, or using any Signal BeAI feature, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you use Signal BeAI on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Signal BeAI provides data, analysis, alerts, rankings, model signals, and workflow tools for informational and educational purposes only.

Signal BeAI does not provide personalized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial planning advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation, solicitation, or determination that any security, strategy, portfolio, or trade is suitable for you.

You are responsible for reviewing all information and making your own decisions. You should consult a qualified professional before making investment or trading decisions.

Signal BeAI may allow you to connect a broker account through an OAuth authorization flow. Broker authentication happens directly with the broker, and your broker account remains subject to the broker’s own agreements, policies, and account rules.

If you authorize broker access, Signal BeAI may store encrypted access tokens, broker account identifiers, account status, cash or buying-power information, orders, fills, and execution metadata needed to operate the connected features.

Paper trading is simulated or broker-provided test trading and does not guarantee future live-trading performance. Live trading, if enabled, can result in real financial loss.

Auto-trading features, if available to your account, require explicit user setup and may be limited by platform controls, broker permissions, account status, risk rules, and operational safeguards.

You are responsible for reviewing your account settings, trading rules, broker connection status, order history, positions, and risk limits.

Signal BeAI may pause, block, throttle, or disable automated trading features for security, compliance, technical, account, broker, market, or risk-management reasons.

Market data, ticker rankings, news, SEC data, AI analysis, short-term signals, long-term indicators, and portfolio analytics may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or unavailable.

AI-generated analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. You must not rely on AI output as the sole basis for investment or trading decisions.

Signal BeAI does not guarantee profits, returns, win rates, market outcomes, execution prices, order fills, tax outcomes, or loss avoidance.

You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and promptly revoke access or contact us if you believe your account or broker connection is compromised.

You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, scrape data in violation of access controls, interfere with service operations, or use Signal BeAI for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for complying with laws, broker rules, tax obligations, exchange rules, margin requirements, pattern day-trading rules, and other requirements that apply to your activity.

Paid features may require a subscription or other payment through our payment provider. Pricing, billing terms, trial periods, cancellations, and refunds may be shown at checkout or in account settings.

We may change feature availability, subscription plans, or pricing prospectively. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and their terms may also apply.

Signal BeAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, and uninterrupted operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that alerts, broker integrations, push notifications, emails, order status updates, dashboards, or scheduled jobs will be timely, complete, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal BeAI and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, data loss, broker errors, market-data issues, service interruptions, AI inaccuracies, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the service and disconnect any broker connection.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Signal BeAI after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service or specific features when necessary for security, legal, compliance, operational, or risk reasons.
